I would like to thank you for all your help and advice on Scruffy's behaviour. His confidence has really grown from the timid dog we had when we first rescued him & he is now enjoying playing with the few toys he has and also enjoying his food due to the changes you advised us to make. We have had no more aggression shown towards our son & his walking on a lead has also improved dramatically. If he happens to regress at all I will not hesitate to be in touch with you in the future.

I am really grateful for your advice & assistance with Eddie as his aggression towards other dogs has decreased immensely since your training sessions. Also the 'leave' training has worked for the whole family so he'll drop & leave everything for us, even his favourite toy in his own basket. Just a quick note to thank you for your help with Choccie. I still find it hard to believe how you got him over his separation anxiety. There is no more whining or chewing, thank goodness, we're even thinking about getting that new sofa now! He's also happily socialising with other dogs now & his temerity is all but gone. Thank you for your e-mail as we wanted to let you know how Seamus is getting on but never quite got around to it. He's so much calmer now & he's picked up the training really quickly. We just didn't realise what a clever dog he was. He's virtually stopped jumping up at people & he no longer steals food, though he still looks longingly at it sometimes! Special thanks for your walking technique as he's stopped pulling on the lead completely now & our arms are very grateful.

Thought I'd let you know how Branston is coming along. Her reponse to all the basic commands is perfect, even her recall outside. I really wish I had contacted you about my other dog a couple of years ago as I found her puppy training classes pretty ineffective as there were so many distractions & so little time for proper guidance so I spent hours training her myself after the course, when it would have been far more productive to have enrolled in your training sessions from the start.
